Any in stock items will be purchased through the web portal and payable upon checkout. For custom items, once all aspects of your custom piece are agreed upon, we request full payment at that time.
Once payment is received, orders may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged. As all pieces are custom built and are made to order. Please carefully review your order details before final payment.
Please inspect your item upon arrival. In the rare event that an item is damaged, please note all damage on the shipping form, otherwise we cannot cover the cost of replacement. You will be requested to send pictures of the damage during the processing of the exchange. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours to arrange an exchange. In the event an exchange cannot be conducted, you will be issued a full refund.
Smaller, in stock items (such as cutting board, pens, wine stoppers, etc) ship in 1 to 2 days via flat rate USPS. For larger items, such as tables, desks, etc, I will deliver to the metro Atlanta area as well as the areas around Dadeville and Alexander City Alabama for $25. If you are outside of those areas, let me know your address and the item you are interested in and I can get a shipping quote for you.
